■Shokokai Delivers
Recommendation Paper on Business and Personal Issues to Canadian
Government
On the 21st, of May, Shokokai President WATANABE met with the Honorable
Pierre S. Pettigrew, Minister for International Trade to convey
a paper of recommendations the Association recently compiled, titled
the "Actions to Enhance the Business and Personal Environment
Confronting Japanese Business in Canada". During the meeting,
President Watanabe stressed the need for Canada to move forward
to take into account the recommendations and expressed that the
Shokokai hopes to further develop the economic relations between
both countries.
